Refund policy

At F.L.Y., we stand behind the quality of our products. We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items in unworn, unwashed condition with original packaging and tags intact.
To process a return, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note that items purchased from our sale collection, limited-release products, and final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
